Hey everyone and welcome. My name is Chris Hughes and I did the 90 day p90x challenge. If you’ve arrived here, you are probably either doing the challenge right now or are considering doing it.

I’m here to let you know that you are in luck. I’ve taken the time to put together a video every single day for the 90 days that I did this workout. Why did I do this?

First off, I wanted to have some social accountability and guarantee that I could get through the workout. The next reason was that I wanted to have a resource that friends/family and others who are curious about p90x could use to get through the workouts.

These workouts really are no joke and take a serious commitment on your part in order to get through them and to see results. That’s exactly why I took the time to create these videos. I want YOU to succeed with your health goals and I want to see you get through this workout. You’ll not only look better, but you’ll also LOVE your new energy and how many people tell you how good you look ;)

So, here’s how this resource will work for you.

I’ve created a simple system to allow you to find a video from any point in your workout that you are currently at. Let’s say you are just getting started and you are on day 1. Here’s what you’d do….

You’d go to http://p90xwithchris.com/day1 and would have access to the first video of the series.

What if you’re on day 38? Well, the same thing happens. You merely need to change the day to day 38. http://p90xwithchris.com/day38

I tried to make this as simple as possible for everyone to follow, so try it out right now to see if it’s working for you. All you need to do is change the day to whatever day you are n and watch the video and get inspired to bring it. I’ve tried to include a motivational video or a quote for each day to help you get through, but there are a few days that I missed. In that case, you can head over to youtube and find an inspirational video and then leave a comment on that particular day and let me know that I need to include a video there for you. If you have a recommendation, that’s the best because I can then upload that video for you and everyone else.
